OWNER / GENERAL MANAGER
With 36+ years in the Moving & Storage Industry, including both domestic and international household and industrial relocations, with ten of those years spent in Europe working as Project Leader for UTS International, a division of UniGroup Worldwide, Shawn coordinated relocation logistics for Holland's ministry of defense, museums, local government buildings and hospitals. Shawn worked an additional 15+ years in large cities such as Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Anchorage and Las Vegas. He is an Army Veteran and long-time moving industry leader having held positions as general manager, OTR driver as an owner-operator, warehouse manager, dispatcher and sales manager for several organizations including Mayflower, Allied and United Van Lines. His proven track record includes Outstanding Sales Achievement awards for Mayflower in 2006-2008. As Elite Relocation Services' General Manager, Shawn is the backbone of the company, overseeing all daily operations, including sales, estimating, customer relations, move coordination, materials and labor management.

As a long-time Eugene resident and real estate photographer with 35+ years in the fields of marketing, communications, photography and graphic design, eight of which were spent as the Director of Marketing & Communications for the Downtown Athletic Club, managing multiple departments and overseeing communications, advertising campaigns, budgets, website, social media as well as producing all marketing materials for the Club, Ax Billy Grill & Sports Bar and Newberry Childcare, Claudia brings to Elite Relocation Services top-notch organizational and management skills. Claudia oversees community relations, advertising, media content and communications.

OFFICE  MANAGER/MOVE COORDINATOR
With nearly two-decades in Retail Administration and Human Resources, most recently HR Coordinator/Retail Store Administrator for Cabela's, Wendy joined Elite Relocation Services' team in the fall of 2021. She brought with her a vast knowledge of all things HR. With a keen eye for detail, she has streamlined and maintains many of Elite's processes for customer relations, income and expense tracking, payroll and employee management. In addition, she facilitates move logistics and assists in providing great care to clients all the way through the relocation process.
